Timeline
From payment of invoice to handover of logo files and brand kit, our branding timeline is generally 4 weeks.
File Types Supplied
Your designs will be supplied to you via Dropbox in:

↠ PDF (Print)
↠ PNG (Web)
Business cards are designed in Canva for your benefit and flexibility. A template of the design will be shared with you in PDF too, from which our (or your) printer prints.

It’s as simple as sending us an email letting us know you would like to move forward or filling in our form below.
From here, we send the invoice (full payment upfront required) and a link to our New Client Design Form in which you can tell us all about your brand and what you want people to feel when they see your business.
↠ Round 1 Concepts
Within 72 hours (from payment receipt), we will send the first round of concepts. This will be for your primary logo and monogram. From here, you choose 1-2 Primary Concepts and 1-2 Monogram Concepts for us to develop further. Most clients don’t use the third round of concepts, but it’s available to you should you need it.
↠ Round 2 Concepts & Mood Board
Now is the fun part! Once we have refined your style direction based on your feedback from our first round of concepts, we then expand and move forward with creating your brand kit also known as your style guide. Your Brand Kit will become a trusted source in your business that you will refer to moving forward, that you can use across your digital assets such as Instagram and website to maintain consistency.
↠ Brand Kit & Files
Once we have finalised your new Brand Kit, designed specifically for your business, we send it through. Inside your Brand Kit, you will find your logos, brand fonts, mood board and the colour psychology behind why we chose your colour palette and how we suggest you use it. We will also include some uber-cool Instagram tile mock-ups so you can announce your new branding in style on social media.
Your final logos files will be sent via Dropbox, so you can begin to roll out your new branding!

FAQs
Do you design the logos in Canva?
No. We do the initial concepts in Canva to narrow down your style and elements. From here, our Graphic Designer will create your second round concepts in InDesign & Adobe Illustrator.
Our Graphic Designer has 20 years experience plus is an incredible Illustrator! We finalise all designs then we convert it to the correct file types for you.
Why do you supply Canva Templates to your clients?
We choose to give templates in Canva to our clients so if you need to change names on business cards or update emails / address the client has the ability to do this themselves . We find our clients loves this as it avoids additional fees for small changes and give more flexibility plus saves time and if they need a rush print job they can jump onto Canva edit the details and print quickly!
Can you do additional design work?
Yes. Our rate is $110+gst per hour and we can design letterheads, folders, and custom ideas upon request.

Do I own the design?
Yes, upon project completion, you will own your logo design which you are then free to use as you wish. You can apply this to your signage, merchandise and use on your socials - actually, you can use it wherever you like!
Do you offer printing?
We sure do. We work with the best printers in WA to produce premium stationery.
We can also create bespoke shapes for your business cards and gold foil finishes. All printing is additional and quoted accordingly.
How long do you take?
Generally it takes 3-4 weeks, but it depends on how quickly we nail your concepts. We work with you on revisions to be sure you love your new logo and branding!
